Impartial inspections carried out within the relationship between the customer and the supplier are carried out as a 2nd Party and a 3rd Party, without time limit, in the manufacturing environment and during assembly, in accordance with the customer’s technical specifications, quality plan, test inspection plan and related standards.

The following activities are carried out during surveillance;
– Review and approval of the Inspection Test Plan (ITP)
– Examining and approving material certificates and mechanical test results
– Examination of contractor company manufacturing and quality certificates
– Review and approval of welder certificates
– Reviewing and approving approved WPSs
– Reviewing and approving approved WPQRs
– Review of Source Control Reports
– Preparation and approval of Surveillance Control Reports
– Preparation and approval of nonconformity reports
– Examination of Non-Destructive Testing Equipment and personnel certificates
– Examination of Non-Destructive Test Reports
– Examination of Paint Control reports
– Examining Torque Control Reports
