Vacuum Test

Vacuum testing equipment is used to detect leaks and other faults in the bottom plate of the tank and the welds of its plates. The test equipment is applied by vacuuming into the plexiglass screen placed on the aluminum body.

The vacuum pump is directly connected to the aluminum screen box, the foam applied to the surface before the test ensures clear holes or defects are found on the surface.

It is widely used in the bottom plates of cylindrical tanks.
